Last night Mark Levin on WLS 890 interviewed someone who strongly advocated NumbersUSA and talked extensively about the web site. WLS has a large listening audience, and this is the first time I have heard NumbersUSA mentioned by name. Hope it results in many more members joining up.

We have this illegal situation because of the liberal socialist representatives in congress. For the last forty years Ted kennedy and the other liberal socialist democrat's have prevented our existing immigration laws not to be enforced. And they want immigration reform and open borders. California is broke and a big reason is the socialist democrat politicians they have caused the problem in california along with the rest of the socialist in congress. We have 83 democratic socialist representatives in congress and most of them are in charge in congress. Thomas, I think it is the responsibility of parents to see to it that someone teaches their children English and that the current system puts too much burden on schools. There is too much burden put on our public resources in favor of Spanish. The piece you have written however I think goes too far and as long as they can speak English with people like you then they have the right to teach their children their language and speak it with each other. Speaking Spanish is not an indicator of criminality NumbersUSA with 900,000 members has thousands of members for whom Spanish is their first language.

The country that was no longer exists. Younger voters don't know that and accept what is. There might be time yet to add an amendment to the constitution stopping spending or giving benefits to special interest groups. The demorats want to buy the hispanic vote as they did the black vote via amnesty and our taxes. Maybe we could slow the demos by cutting in half or by 2/3s the number of elected officials in the house and senate. It should cut their spending by a like amount for fancy airplane rides home each week or the many things each 'honorable official' spends on himself and his district or state.

I work for a living, pay to much in taxes and health insurance premiums, have to be drug tested because of my line of work, not to mention FBI, Homeland Security, TSA and SC State Gov background checks. These illegals just walk into the country and get schooling, medical, a place to live and a job...What is wrong with this picture ? This is not the country I was born in 58 years ago and I for one want that country back. I could go on for ever here but I'm preaching to the choir so I'll stop now.

Until the owner's of companies that hire illegals have to serve time in jail for THEIR illegal hiring of illegal aliens, they won't stop. Paltry fines don't work. Firing their human resources people won't work - they're only following orders. Hiring illegals is a crime. If I committed a crime, I'd have to pay the fine and/or do the time. Why don't our so-called elected officials punish these criminals? I personally think Pelosi should be sent to prison for her anti-American activities.

Until we truly enforce our laws, the illegals will continue to infest our country. One thing I'd really like to see Numbers USA really get behind is STOPPING BIRTH RIGHT CITIZENSHIP. Senator Ropes (Democrat) was in Preston, MN at a small grocery store, to talk to people.

She is totally ignorant with how things really are.

I talked with her for about 15 minutes.

I told her HR 3200 would give health care to illegal immigrants ... she said that illegal aliens were specifically denied medical coverage in the bill .... I told her there was no verification of citizenship in the bill.....

She looked bewildered.

I told her just this week bills to make verification of citizenship to qualify for medical coverage in HR 3200 were voted down....

She said she didn't know anything about that.

I told her that, as a grocery store cashier in Rochester, MN, I know that 95% of mexican women are on EBT and WIC. And that 99% of somolian men and women are on EBT and WIC. I know that at the grocery store I work for only 30% of the customers are mexican or somolian .... but they buy 70% of the groceries we sell (5 to 10 kids per family you know).

Senator Ropes told me that's not true.

I told her it is true. (I wonder which one of us is right?)

She said there are checks to make sure welfare isn't given out to unqualified people.

I told her of instances when mexicans and somolians I worked with told me what I had to do to scam the welfare system.

How many welfare workers do you think speak Spanish? In the Midwest.

I told her in 20 years or so the politicians will be losing their jobs to latino's just like the rest of us.

I live just north of the border in California where 74 (not 70) illegals in three vans attempted to "storm" the border. That is a common tactic of the coyote (human trafficker). I am not a supporter of Nancy Pelosi nor am I a Catholic or supporter of the Catholic Churches views on illegals aliens in this Country. Mr. Beck, for you to say that Speaker Pelosi "invited" them is wrong! My God man, have some decency.(You are behaving like the screaming nasty Republicans. I am not a Democrat.) I have so admired your work and have supported you but this is totally wrong. It is a lie. Get the police report on that border "storming."Or I can have my neighbor who works for the DEA/Hoemland Security send you a report. And the depletion of church financial resources is just the tip of the iceberg. How about all the "Care and Share" type organizations that enables illegal aliens to stay here during bad economic times and to send more to relatives in their home countries during good economic times. Most of these organizations are proud of their "no questions asked" policy which allows this to take place.

The Catholic Arch Diocese of Denver has built beautiful townhomes on million dollar real estate for the use of illegal aliens, "until they can afford their own housing." Why would the illegals want any other housing? There is no way that could replace what the catholic Church is providing. I've worked hard for 45 years, and I can't afford to live in such a fine place.
